The third important choice can be found in the third chapter of the episode. Jefferson will ask if Max felt better after she had stopped Warren from beating up Nathan. If Max hadn't harmed the dog earlier, and Frank will get angry, the dog will bite Chloe on the leg. It will be impossible to kill Frank if neither Chloe nor Nathan has David's gun (do not shoot at Frank in the scrapyard and stop Warren from beating up Nathan). Nathan will produce the gun and he will threaten the threesome. Jefferson will reproach Max for letting Warren beat up Nathan. If Max had harmed the dog earlier, and Frank will get angry, Chloe will shoot Frank on the leg. If Max hadn't harmed Frank's dog earlier, and Frank will get angry, Chloe will kill both the dog and the owner.
It will be easier for Chloe to kill Frank if she does not have David's gun (Frank took it at the scrapyard). You will have to decide whether you will stop Warren from attacking Nathan or will you let him mercilessly beat him. Second important choice can be found in the second chapter of the game.
